What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days following physical sample receipt and set sign-off. For rush product launches or urgent seasonal catalog deadlines, expedited 48-to-72-hour turnaround options are available.

What is your pricing model (per product vs. per day)?

We offer two flexible structures: Per-SKU / Per-Product pricing (ideal for e-commerce white background and standard roomset hero angles) and Full-Day / Half-Day studio rates (best for complex seasonal lifestyle campaigns with extensive prop styling and set construction). All quotes include art direction, lighting, styling, and master retouching.

How do we ship physical samples to your Ho Chi Minh City studio?

Most US furniture brands ship samples directly from their manufacturing facilities across Vietnam (Binh Duong, Dong Nai) or via international freight forwarders directly to our HCMC receiving dock. Our dedicated studio logistics team manages uncrating, quality inspection, assembly, secure storage, and post-shoot return or disposition.

Do you offer CGI as an alternative when physical samples aren't available?

Yes. When physical prototypes are still in pre-production or shipping is cost-prohibitive, our in-house 3D CGI team can generate photorealistic 3D room renders, 360-degree spins, and fabric/colorway variations from your CAD files or technical dimension sheets.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have no strict minimum order quantity. We partner with emerging direct-to-consumer furniture brands needing just 3–5 hero shots as well as major retail manufacturers booking 50+ SKU seasonal catalog rollouts.
